Selecting Your Dream Home.<\/h3>\n

This is the beginning of your journey. Our New Home Consultant is experienced in listening and understanding your needs to enable them to deliver the right solutions for your new home.
\nWe can help select one of our standard plans or we help you design a plan to suit your brief and your site. \u201cDesign and build is what we do\u201d. If you require land we can help you source this as well. <\/p>\n

Maybe you have your own plans already. If so let us price them up and give you an estimate. You may be surprised to see just how competitive we are.

Stage 2: Requesting a price <\/b><\/p>\n

The Future Homes NZ Estimate<\/h3>\n

During this stage we will spend time with you to understand your brief  and find the best solutions. This enables us to provide a fixed price based on our standard specifications, or your customised wish list. We have pricing available based on our standard plan ranges and standard specifications. We offer complete flexibility and anything can be changed to suit your wish list and preferences. This is your home after all!<\/p>\n

Stage 3: Drawings and Contracts <\/b><\/p>\n

Preparing Your Plans<\/h3>\n

This is where your vision starts to come to life on acceptance of our estimate and a deposit paid we can get working drawings started.<\/p>\n

Finalising your drawings. Signing off of the Working Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts documents that we prepare for you is all ticked off prior to lodgement to Council.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

Stage 4: Selections and Approvals<\/b><\/p>\n

Interior Colour Selections<\/h3>\n

This is one of the most exciting stages of the journey! Our colour expert and kitchen designer will assist and guide you with the detail and final finishes that suit your style and preferences to look best in your new home.<\/p>\n

Approvals: <\/b>We will liaise and deal with all Council permits and questions they may have relating to your plans, and update you when permit approvals are due out.<\/p>\n

Review: <\/b>This step is where we hand over from sales to construction and inform and guide you on the process before commencement of the build.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

Stage 5: Construction<\/b><\/p>\n

Construction Of Your New Home<\/h3>\n

Site construction is underway. From the laying of the concrete slab to the completion of your home. During this stage of the journey your construction manager will take care of all aspects relating to your build, keeping you informed along the way. Access to documents, photos and progress, will be made available to you.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

Stage 6: Handover<\/b><\/p>\n

Walk through Inspection<\/h3>\n

We will walk you through your new home as part of a personal inspection before handover. Your construction manager will talk you through any queries or issues you may have and your sales consultant is never far away.<\/p>\n

Hand Over: <\/strong>We will complete a final inspection to ensure all the issues brought up during your walk through have been sorted.<\/p>\n

Warranty is sent off and final certificate of completion documents signed. <\/p>\n

There is a 90 day settling in period so you can identify and note any concerns that we will ensure are promptly attended to.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
