We can help select one of our standard plans or we help you design a plan to suit your brief and your site. “Design and build is what we do” If you require land we can help you source this as well.
Maybe you have your own plans already. If so let us price them up and give you an estimate, you may be surprised how competitive we are.
The Future Home Estimate
During this stage we will spend time with you to understand your brief and find the best solutions.This enables us to provide a fixed price based on our standard specifications or your customised wish list. We have pricing available based on our standard plan ranges and based on our standard specifications , Anything can be changed to suit your wish list of course.
Based on a concept plans we can price up your plan giving an accurate estimate using our standard specifications also we can customise these to suit your wish list as well.
Preparing Your Plans
This is where your vision starts to come to life on acceptance of our estimate and a deposit paid we can get working drawings started.
Finalising Your drawings. Sign off the working drawings and the contracts and documents are prepared for you to sign prior to lodgement to council.
Interior Colour Selections
This is one of the most exciting stages where you will meet your colour expert and kitchen designer. They will help you with the detail and the final finishes that will look best in your new home.
Approvals: We will liaise and deal with council permits and issues and update you when permit approvals are due out.
Review: This step is where we hand over from sales to construction and inform and guide you on the process before commencement of the build.
Construction Of Your New Home
Site construction is underway, from the laying of the concrete slab to the completion of your home. At this part of the journey your construction manager will take care of all aspects of your build and keep you informed along the way. Access to Documents, photos and progress on line is available through the builder trend site .
Walk through Inspection
We will walk you through your new home as part of a personal inspection before handover . Your construction manager will talk you through any issues you may have and your sales consultant is never far away.
Hand Over: We will complete a final inspection to ensure all the issues brought up in your walk through have been sorted.
Warranty is sent off and final certificate of completion documents signed.
There is a 90 day settling in period so you can identify and note any concerns that we will attend to promptly.
